How it works: The Osmio filter housings are manufactured from FDA grade materials, including 100% polypropylene and acrylic styrene. These leak-proof housings feature buttress threads for 9-3/4" filter cartridges. The compression against a top-seated EPDM o-ring in the housing's sump ensures a secure seal. With their thick wall and added ribs, these housings are suitable for various applications. The polypropylene construction offers excellent chemical resistance, making them compatible with a wide range of substances.
